US implementation consultants
Responsibilities include:
- Management of customer implementations including meeting of payment milestones.
- Assist new clients with setup and installation Technique MIS products.
- Assist with client support and provide mentoring to application/technical support analysts.
- Stay current with new product releases, and new consulting techniques and skills.
- Participate in user meetings; perform demonstrations for new and potential clients.
- Assist with the setup and attendance of trade shows and seminars.
Successful candidates will have a solid printing background with extensive knowledge of web printing. Good customer-relationship and project management skills are essential. Prior experience of implementing Print MIS systems as well as SQL and XML knowledge are extremely advantageous.
Travel is expected to be 50-75%, including some overseas.
